The TDM-M04 40m stationary mist cannon is designed for fixed medium-distance dust suppression points. It is suitable for quarries, material yards, construction site boundaries, loading areas, demolition edges, small coal storage areas and outdoor industrial dust control locations where the dust source is not far from the installation position.

Unlike trailer mist cannon or mist cannon truck equipment, this model is normally arranged in a fixed position for repeated daily dust control work. It is a practical option when the dust source is stable, the working distance is clear, and the site has available water and power supply near the installation area.

Compared with a 30m stationary mist cannon, the 40m model provides a longer spray distance for wider working areas such as quarry loading points, stockpile edges, site roads and material transfer zones. It can cover a medium-distance dust source without moving directly to a larger 60m or 80m fog cannon.

The TDM-M04 is equipped with PLC control, 12kW total power, 3.2m³/h water consumption and 39 nozzles. It can spray fine water mist toward dust generated by vehicle movement, material loading, unloading, earthwork, crushing activity or temporary stockpiles. The purpose is to help reduce airborne dust spread around the working area.

Before selecting this model, the site should confirm the dust source, installation position, working distance, water supply, power supply, wind direction and space for operation and maintenance. If the dust point needs to move frequently, a trailer mist cannon may be more suitable. If the dust point is fixed and the required spray distance is around 40m, the TDM-M04 40m stationary mist cannon can be a suitable choice.
